		<description>Hi
Thanks for the above artice on meditation (on 14 may 2010)

I totally agree with the idea suggested to overcome sleep or drowsyness during meditation.

I work for 5 days in a week &amp; sometimes due to panic &amp; pressure in office my sleep gets disturbed.
So what I noticed is when I am tired mentally or physically I get nap on these days during meditation, but I try to continue to meditate untill I feel totally sleepy.
Then I stop meditation &amp; try to sleep. I get very DEEP sleep after meditation, just for say 10 mins to 30 mins
So when I wake up after this sweetest sleep I ever had, I feel very fresh, calm &amp; peacfull.
Then I again start meditation successfully for the next few days untill again the above office panic starts.

Can I ask something more on meditation if yes pls reply.

Thanks &amp; Regards
